1. I understand it is the competitor’s responsibility to navigate the course in the correct manner and to comply with the Competition Rules of the British Triathlon Federation (see www.britishtriathlon.org/triathlonengland).
2. I know of no physical or mental condition, which might endanger my child whilst competing, other than that which I have declared below.
3. I accept that the event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any entrant on medical or welfare grounds. The organiser is willing to discuss with parents, any special needs a child may have to assist them, should they wish to participate in the event.
4. I accept that the organisers, volunteer helpers, Triathlon England and its representatives and Wirral Borough Council will not be held responsible for any loss or injury sustained by my child during the event.
Medical information will be treated in the strictest confidence and will only be made available to first aiders on the day of the event.
